Jakab Defence and
Fitness was created
by Master Jakab in 1957 and comprise of over 2000 fighting
techniques and 650 various exercises in sequence, so that a person
can learn to defend themselves in almost any situation e.g. attack
from a punch, kick, strangle, knife, bottle, truncheon, bear hug,
side head-lock, several men attacking, kick boxing and much, much
more
Apart
from just being able to defend themselves, Jakab students build up
their fitness and stamina too. You don't have to built like a body
builder or even tall,
Master Jakab's techniques are made for anyone
no matter what height or size they are. Jakab techniques and
exercises are combined to each compliment the other, to build up the
student's strength, body and mind and make them fit, strong, fast and
